One way is to use it as a wash like you use any normal wash and another way is to use it as a leave on cream. Yes you read it correctly; you can actually apply and leave it like a cream. The texture is like that of a white whipped cream but it washes away easily. I have felt a great difference ever since I have started using 1M product. My intimate area stays moisturized and because there is no dryness so no itchiness or irritation throughout the day. I have tried using it both ways and it is a good product for sure.
