The Addams House Review

I was in a serious mood to finally go on diet when I got invite to go for Addams House launch in Sector 29, Gurgaon. How can someone be so mean to ruin my dieting plans *winks* I was super excited to go for review. It’s always nice to catch up with other bloggers and meet new people. For a nano second I felt I am in US when I entered The Addams House. The decor was done strictly as per US brewery or pub standards. Outlook will give you a chill due to its comic but spooky ambiance.

The Addams House in Sector 29 Gurgaon is housed on two floors. First floor and roof top. First floor has been done in red and Black furnishings, furniture. Rooftop looks elegant with white décor and large lamps hanging from top. Top chart numbers of American pop music you can enjoy in Addams. I just loved the ambience. Its perfect place to hang out in a group as well as with your partner.

I started with mock tails whose names tickled me. I was excited to try Inky Pinky Ponky merely because of its name. By end of evening I fell in love with Newton’s Tonic. Its apple juice spiced up with cinnamon and a twist of lime. Among cocktails must try is Murder In The Vineyard.

This drink Under The Lurch-Lights does remind me of Arabian Nights (Alif Laila….) Everybody just jumped in to click pictures of the drink when it reached table.

I tried almost everything veg from the menu that day. If you love spaghetti (I love Spaghetti) then must try Morticia’s P Major Symphony. You can also find large burgers, tacos with fries (the typical American food there). Don’t expect much spicy or food with Indian flavor there. It’s completely American brewery. I am sure if you don’t like anything else you will surely like chipotle pumpkin & corn fritters.

I loved the way chakhna came. Just see the presentation. It’s actually called Nuts & Bolts at The Addams House.

Waiters, manager I mean whole staff was really friendly and knows about what they are serving. I think this is an important point to note (atleast for me when I visit a restaurant) that waiters should be aware of what’s being served at their workplace.

Overall it’s a great place to go and spend time. Especially after tiring day if you are looking for some place to relax than this is for you.
