Recently I came across a healthier meal option myDaily which is the innovation of Four Fountains team Anurag Kedia, Saurabh Garg and Sunil Rao.

R&W Review – In a layman language myDaily is supplement shake that you can include in your diet occasionally. They are not promoting this as a weight loss drink; rather it is a healthy meal option. I got Vanilla flavour and I wasn’t also expecting a better tasting product (as trust me all healthier things doesn’t taste that great). Brand says that you have to use one packet in one go and it is for one person only. I didn’t want to risk so first I took a spoonful and added 50ml water and had it. I didn’t add any sugar or fruits or anything. It tastes similar to custard although custard is really tasty and it is not. I took this little test to make sure there are no side effects. After three days of this experiment I poured out remaining contents and prepared a thick paste like that of custard and added chopped apples, oranges and raisins. Again no sugar this time as well. It tasted little powdery like that of medicinal taste due to presence of Soy Powder in it. But yes I have to say that it kept me full for three hours and I had it at lunch time and till evening I was fine and didn’t felt need to munch. It didn’t feel heavy on body and I felt a good feeling that I just had a healthy meal. Even lot of actors they don’t eat they just take these meal replacement shakes to stay in shape.
